Users shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Onward Ops Foundation, the Expiration Term of Service Sponsorship Program (ETS) and its affiliates and subsidiaries and their respective officers, directors, employees, members, representatives, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, liability, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable out-of-pocket expenses and attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to (i) Customer’s breach of the foregoing representations and warranties and/or (ii) Customers use of the Software.

You have the following choices regarding your information:

  • You can opt out of receiving email communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

  • You can request access to, update, or delete your personal information by contacting us.
