All parties contributing to the Onward Ops Foundation acknowledge that users have read the Privacy Policy and hereby agree to its terms and consent to the use of user identifiable information as provided therein. Users shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Onward Ops Foundation, the Expiration Term of Service Sponsorship Program (ETS) and its affiliates and subsidiaries and their respective officers, directors, employees, members, representatives, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, liability, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable out-of-pocket expenses and attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to (i) Customer’s breach of the foregoing representations and warranties and/or (ii) Customers use of the Software.

You have the following choices regarding your information:

  • You can opt out of receiving email communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

  • You can request access to, update, or delete your personal information by contacting us.

BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Applicable law in certain countries requires us to set out in this Privacy Statement the legal basis upon which we rely to process personal data.

Consent: We may rely on the consent that you provide us at the point of data collection or disclosure to us to process such data for the purposes outlined herein.

In addition, this Site may contain content and plugins from social media platforms, i.e., Facebook (“Like” button), Twitter (“Share to Twitter”), LinkedIn, and others.
